  • Foundation: pile foundation
  • Wall construction: concrete blocks, except walls of the 1st floor staircase, which are from monolithic concrete.
  • Ceiling construction: monolithic reinforced concrete and assembled hollow panels; step noise is isolated by mineral wool board, on which a concrete slab is poured and flooring is installed.
  • Exterior finish: plaster, wood paneling and composite plate on facade.
  • Roof: flat roof. The roof of the building is equipped with solar panels to produce electricity.
  • Terraces: The slopes are produced by a thin-walled concrete layer, the terraces are covered with steel plates. Terrace awnings are mounted on painted steel structures.
  • All balconies and roof terraces are planned with outdoor lighting.
  • Windows: 3-fold glasspanel windows with PVC frames; outside tone is dark gray and inside tone is white. Thermal conductivity 0.9 W / m2K. Soundproof up to 32 dB.
  • Apartment entry doors: wooden structure with natural oak veneer.
  • Walls between apartments and bearing internal walls: 240mm concrete blocks.
  • Non weight-bearing walls in wet rooms: 2 x gypsum carcass wall with 66 mm carcass.
  • Room walls: 2 x gypsum carcass wall with 66 mm carcass.
  • The building’s data communication system is resolved with a light cable.
